We are seeking an experienced Aging Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Popular Staffing. As a Long Term Care LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and clinical skill. The successful candidate will have experience working with older adults, a strong understanding of medication administration, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular assessments of patient wellbeing and identifying any potential issues
  • Providing personalized care to each patient, including administering medications as directed by doctors
  • Collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Supporting other nurses and nurses aids to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Being a positive influence on our patients and their families

Requirements:

  • A valid nursing license issued by the State of Maryland
  • At least 1 year of experience working in long term care
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $39/hour, which equates to approximately $1,560/week. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth.
