We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Wisconsin. This is an outpatient only position with the opportunity to emphasize men's health.
Key Highlights:
- 15-17 patients per day, with 36 patient contact hours per week
- 8am-5pm Monday through Friday clinic hours
- High geriatric population in the community
- 1:6 phone call only ratio
- Visiting specialists and Epic EMR system-wide
- 27 exam rooms and 28,000 sqft clinic
- Outpatient clinic with walk-in and therapy services
- CT, mobile MRI, and mammography/bone density services
- Ranked in the top-20 highest nationally ranked Critical-Access Hospitals in the US
About the Community:
Our community is a quiet residential area with lakes and parks nearby. We offer four season outdoor recreation opportunities, including water sports, sailing, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, soccer, downhill and cross-country skiing.
