Respiratory Care Specialist

PruittHealth is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team. As a key member of the healthcare staff, this individual will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in need. With a strong focus on patient satisfaction and safety, our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $63,500 - $82,000 per year
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Applying standards of respiratory therapy practice to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Carrying out therapy treatments as directed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and treatment plans.
To succeed in this position, candidates must possess a strong background in respiratory care, with a focus on patient education and advocacy. A minimum of one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare setting is required. Certification or registration as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is also mandatory.
