We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at HUB Hospitality Group. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare all food items according to recipes and presentation specifications.
- Set up stations according to kitchen guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Restock items as needed and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Knowledgeable of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Previous prep or line cook experience.
- Professional communication skills required.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Exposure to heat and cold from weather and mechanical equipment.
- Moderate to loud noise level.
- Slip-resistant shoes required.
