Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver age-appropriate care to patients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal growth and development.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Provide daily routine care and services to patients, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.

Requirements

  • Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN)
  • License to pass medications may be required
  • Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care setting within the last three years preferred
  • Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty-focused residency post-hire
  • Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty
