**Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Caregiver**


Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Worker to provide one-on-one in-home care to adult patients in the Philadelphia area.


**Job Type:**


Full-time, Part-time, PRN



**Compensation:**


$15 per hour



**Responsibilities:**


  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, and toileting, as directed by the client's plan of care.
  • Provide assistance with daily tasks, such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation to doctor appointments and shopping.
  • Assist clients with active and passive mobility work, as defined by the plan of care, and document any observed changes to the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensure timely attendance and reliable transportation to scheduled appointments.
  • Adhere to a no-call-out policy and maintain a commitment to scheduled shifts.
  • Participate in Hoyer lift training, if necessary, and demonstrate proficiency in its use.
  • Be available for overnight shifts, as required.
