The **Receiving Manager** is a vital member of our team at Restaurant Depot. This role is responsible for overseeing the receiving and processing of all incoming shipments. Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring accuracy of item descriptions and counts for all incoming and outgoing shipments
* Verifying accuracy of all UPC numbers for all incoming and outgoing shipments
* Filling out Manifest/Bill of Lading accurately
* Maintaining IBT Seal Log for both incoming and outgoing deliveries
* Recording and filing all incoming and outgoing Purchase Orders
* Ensuring Goods Received Book (GRB) and any Adjustment Vouchers (AVs) are current and accurate
* Ensuring Receiving Clerk is accurately entering everything received on the day it was received
* Maintaining Driver Logs and filing them appropriately
* Ensuring Receiving Clerk has all deliveries properly scheduled
* Unloading, verifying, recording, and labeling all Cross-Dock Pickups
* Ensuring all Safety Policies are being adhered to in department
* Maintaining HACCP guidelines according to plan

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year similar experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. They will also be able to work in an indoor environment with fluctuating temperatures and industrial vehicles moving materials throughout the warehouse.
