**Archway Physician Recruitment Seeks Experienced Leader**
Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Internal Medicine Residency Program Director to lead our residency program in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead our Resident Categorical Internal Medicine residency program
- Practice a combination of administrative and clinical teaching responsibilities (50/50)
- Develop curriculum, policies, and procedures for the program
- Participate in faculty recruitment and retention
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of three years of educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Program as a member of the faculty or leadership team
