What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. This position offers unlimited opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Customer Service departments including organizing sales and purchasing paperwork, setting up new vendors, and handling emails
  • Responsible for assembling, packaging, and shipping customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Supports sales and customer service by receiving, distributing, checking, and controlling inventory of spare parts
  • Controls inventory by conducting physical counts and placing orders when reorder levels are reached
  • Scan and print documents
  • Sort and distribute mail to the proper departments, handle all outgoing postage, and track packages
  • Other office duties upon request

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop an advantage
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Organized, self-motivated, high attention to detail, and quick learner

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
