Job Title: Social Worker - School District Position

Job Summary: ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join one of our esteemed school districts in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in social work and a strong passion for supporting students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student evaluations and needs assessments
  • Offer advocacy and counseling support for students
  • Work with a 6th - 8th Grade level caseload

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work required
  • Valid State License/Certification in Illinois
  • Professional Educator License
