Each patient will have a primary care physician, and admissions will go to the hospitalist program, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a panel of diabetes patients, including insulin changes and pump training.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest treatments and technologies.

- A competitive salary range of $185,000 - $275,000 per year, depending on experience.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must:
- Be board certified/board eligible in Endocrinology.
- Hold an unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or be able to obtain one.
- Have completed a U.S. ACGME residency program.
- Meet Intermountain Health's credentialing process requirements.
- Possess Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
