About the Role

Citizens is seeking a skilled Private Client Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for helping high-net-worth individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a High-Quality Wealth Management Practice: Create personalized wealth management strategies for clients, providing tailored financial planning and investment advice.
  • Enhance and Preserve Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key partners and business associates to drive client introductions and engagement.
  • Proactive Client Outreach: Promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities to clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Grow Existing Relationships: Leverage partnerships to expand client relationships and drive referrals.
  • Tailor Wealth Management Planning: Deliver customized financial planning and investment solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work with internal specialists to provide a range of services, including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.
Requirements
  • Professional Certifications: Hold active and valid Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) licenses.
  • Insurance Licenses: Possess a valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable license or obtain one within 60 days of starting the role.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in new business development and client book management.
  • Team-Oriented Environment: Proven experience working in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
  • High-Net-Worth Experience: Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
  • Dynamic Environment: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Commissioned-based role with historically earning between $105,000 and $250,000 per year based on performance and productivity.
