Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in a key leadership role.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of warehouse associates in assigned departments, working in partnership with the Department Manager or Operations Manager to support the achievement of delivering results in the fulfillment center.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can utilize your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive success.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department
  • Maintain accurate records of assigned department's inventory, shipments, and other essential functions
  • Conduct routine audits to identify any irregularities and alert management accordingly
  • Ensure facility organization and cleanliness are maintained at all times
  • Identify and address safety hazards promptly
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Provide training and coaching to Warehouse associates to enhance their skills and performance

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a Patterson Fulfillment Center or similar role
  • Proven soft skills, including analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
