* Uses hands and arms to handle, install, position, move materials, and manipulate things.
* Moves materials, equipment, or supplies.
* Receives information or instructions for performing work assignments.
* Reviews work orders or schedules to determine operations or procedures.
* Adjusts, connects, or disconnects wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.
* Assembles and maintains physical structures, using hand or power tools.
* Transfers tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from workstations and other areas.
* Cleans facilities or work areas.

Requirements:

* Effective interpersonal/communication skills.
* Ability to understand written and verbal communications.
* Ability to understand verbal instructions.
* Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
* Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.
* Ability to lift, push/pull and manipulate heavy objects up to 55 pounds.

Working Conditions:

The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor and outdoor environment, involving physical work.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Must pass a background check.
* Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
* High School Diploma or GED.
