Addiction Recovery Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with facility and regional management to assess and address training requirements.
• Lead onboarding sessions for Behavioral Health Technicians and facilitate additional training as necessary.
• Review and evaluate training materials for effectiveness.
• Organize and oversee training logistics, including enrollment, scheduling, and resource management.
• Keep accurate and current records of trainee participation, progress, and accomplishments.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of training resources.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay informed about organizational policies and procedures to assist trainees during sessions.
• Engage in work groups and contribute to the continuous improvement of our organization.
• Perform competency assessments for Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Education, Licensure, & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a residential treatment environment for substance use disorders is preferred.
