Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Monitor and maintain equipment performance to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
  • Ability to work with live and low/high voltage electrical systems
  • Basic carpentry and plumbing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
