At Sidecar Social, we're looking for a talented and energetic individual to join our team as a Bar Back/Busser. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience through attention to detail and a focus on hospitality.

As a Bar Back/Busser, you'll work closely with our bartenders and servers to ensure that every drink and dish is prepared to perfection. You'll be responsible for prepping, stocking, and maintaining the bar area, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest
• Work closely with bartenders and servers to prepare drinks and dishes
• Prep, stock, and maintain the bar area
• Deliver a personalized culinary experience to every guest
• Support the bar team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Food Handlers permit
• TABC Certification
• Positive, committed, trustworthy, and responsible attitude
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant or bar environment
