Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior District Manager of HTM/Clinical Engineering to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional healthcare technology services at a prestigious 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in Healthcare Technology Management within a large-scale healthcare environment, building strong relationships with the hospital system's executive team, driving operational excellence, and leading workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership in Healthcare Technology Management within a large-scale healthcare environment.
  • Build strong relationships with the hospital system's executive team as the primary contact.
  • Drive operational excellence through innovative decision-making, budget management, and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
  • Address cybersecurity challenges to safeguard healthcare providers and patient data.
  • Identify financial opportunities and risks, and implement strategies to enhance outcomes.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in Healthcare Technology Management, preferably in a large or multi-site healthcare system.
  • Superior skills in client relationship management, governance, and strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and empowering teams to succeed.
  • Expertise in compliance, financial oversight, and process improvement.
  • A strong understanding of the intersection between technology and patient care.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
