About the Role

This full-time, exempt position reports to the Program Coordinator and is responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify client mental health needs
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Document and maintain accurate case records and clinical information
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in counseling or social work
  • A current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and work independently
