Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team in a state-of-the-art medical imaging facility. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI machines to produce high-quality diagnostic images and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing the procedure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI machines to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
  • Coordinate with Centralized Scheduling and other modalities
  • Process and manipulate images, analyze image quality, and troubleshoot as needed
  • Administer contrast media and other medications in accordance with medication administration guidelines
  • Communicate respectfully with co-workers and other departments
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required
  • Associates degree preferred
  • 1 year medical imaging experience required
  • 1 year MRI experience preferred
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
  • ARRT (MR) upon hire required or ARMRIT - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists upon hire required or ARRT (R), (CT) or (N) upon hire required or NMTCB - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMT) upon hire required
