Job Summary:

Job Title: Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our corporate dining account. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of associates, ensuring exceptional client relations, and delivering superior quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget, providing maximum value to our clients.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that the food offered to our clients, customers, and employees is of the highest quality.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients, as well as other departments within the operation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience required.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive food and wine knowledge, including food and wine pairings.
  • Operations Management: Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
  • Communication and Computer Skills: Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Certifications: ServSafe Certified preferred.
