As a Product Availability Specialist at Acosta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client brands are prominently displayed in Walmart stores. Your focus on executing merchandising tasks will help connect customers with their favorite products in one of the largest retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and retrieve merchandise from the backroom to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Stock and organize products to assist shoppers in finding what they need.
  • Maintain product presentation by front-facing items on shelves.
  • Receive and transport marketing materials to the store.
  • Install promotional materials according to provided guidelines to enhance product visibility.
  • Construct displays to highlight client products as necessary.
  • Utilize mobile technology to answer straightforward questions as you complete tasks.
  • Document completed work with photographs to showcase your achievements.
  • Represent Acosta and our clients within assigned Walmart locations.
  • Collaborate with Walmart management and staff to accomplish objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with your direct supervisor through various channels.

  • Taking ownership of your assigned store(s) and becoming a trusted resource for both Acosta and Walmart.
  • Enjoying the independence of working as a representative while being part of the Walmart team.
  • Effectively engaging with store associates and management.
  • Sharing best practices and leveraging support from the broader Walmart team.
  • Utilizing the Operations Support Center for assistance with any in-store challenges.
  • Completing tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Following detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reporting completed work on the same day.
Required Tools:
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations.
  • A smartphone with internet access for reporting and uploading photos.
