We are looking for a highly skilled Distribution Systems Specialist to join our team at the City of Georgetown. As a key member of our Electric Utility department, you will be responsible for designing and staking electrical distribution lines and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet with customers to prepare cost estimates and staking sheets.
  2. Procure necessary construction permits and landowner right-of-way easements.
  3. Administer service application documents and manage all GIS functions and mapping systems.
  4. Report to Director of Electric Utility.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Stand, walk, and move around in outdoor settings for extended periods.
  • Class D driver's license, CDL preferred.
