Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at Target. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, preparing high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by connecting with guests, responding to their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, adhering to Starbucks brand standards and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks area, by following all cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, food safety, and beverage preparation.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
