We are seeking a dedicated RN Circulator to join our team at Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the physician in managing diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Provide continuity of care to patients and families.
  • Document patient data and charges accurately and efficiently.
  • Administer medication and IV solutions safely and appropriately.
  • Check patient charts for pertinent data and perform patient assessments.
  • Adhere to protocols designed to reduce radiation exposure.
  • Maintain inventory and medications based on anticipated needs.
  • Identify opportunities for professional growth and employee development.
  • Assist with safe patient transport to other departments as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement processes to assess department efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Currently licensed in the state of Texas.
  • BCLS and ACLS required.
  • 2-5 years' experience in critical care.
