About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for processing and reconciling accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will monitor outstanding invoices, follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain customer account records, resolve billing issues or payment discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and communicate with clients to ensure prompt payment.
- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and discrepancies, and provide insights to improve cash flow processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
