Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in high-volume restaurants and will be able to prepare a variety of dishes from scratch.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
Requirements
  • 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
