As an ERSEA Assistant at Acelero Learning, you will have the chance to contribute to your local community by actively engaging with and supporting the families and children in our program.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our program maintains full enrollment, focusing on serving the community's most vulnerable children. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) Head Start Performance Standards, with a commitment to implementing them accurately at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with eligibility, selection, and enrollment processes in accordance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and Acelero policies.
- Assist families and staff in utilizing the Online Family Application, including account setup, answering inquiries, entering information, and uploading necessary documents.
- Review all received applications and collaborate with families to ensure timely completion of all required enrollment/intake forms for assigned children and families.
- Assess the eligibility of children and families, ensuring all family documentation is precise and complete.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with at-risk families.
- A strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and families through effective family engagement.
- High School Diploma/GED required; an AA/AS degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Familiarity with Head Start Performance Standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel locally or long-distance up to 10% for work-related meetings and functions.
