We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Team Member to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Deli Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our deli cases and self-service cases are always fresh and appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide incredible service and answer customer questions in a timely manner, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
  • Food Preparation: Complete customer orders by slicing, packaging and labeling products, and ensure that all products are handled and displayed in a safe and appealing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Unload and break down daily deliveries, stock cases, displays and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory; refill and rotate for freshness.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the deli area is always clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
