Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Solderer II for our busy electronics circuitry manufacturer in W. Melbourne, FL.

Salary: $17/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Solder PCB boards using active IPC certification standards.
  • Maintain safety standards and best practices throughout soldering processes.
  • Inspect and test soldered components for quality and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective components as needed.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of soldering activities.
Requirements
  • Active IPC Certification (J-STD).
  • At least 5+ years of experience in electronics soldering, including 3+ years of PCB assembly soldering.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and best practices in soldering.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
