Hardscape Construction Professional

We are seeking a skilled Hardscape Construction Professional to join our team at Archadeck Outdoor Living. As a leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer service.

• Project Coordination: Work with employees to ensure they understand and adhere to construction drawings and Quality Assurance Checklists.
• Material Management: Verify materials delivered against take-off and inform the franchisee of any shortages to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Job Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety practices and protocols.
• Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Appearance and Attitude: Present a clean and neat appearance, demonstrating a professional attitude and work ethic.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical Expertise: Have experience in all types of hardscape construction, including patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and retaining walls.
• Problem-Solving: Be able to read and interpret plans, check take-offs, and lay out footings or foundations.
• Installation Techniques: Possess a thorough understanding of good installation techniques, including soil type determination, proper compaction techniques, and more.
• Tools and Equipment: Have access to all necessary tools and equipment, with a preference for those with ICPI Concrete Paver Installer training and/or NCMA Segmental Retaining Wall training.

$30.00 per hour
