We are seeking experienced Supermarket Rack and HVAC Technicians with a passion for excellence and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing compressor changes, rack refrigeration repairs, and ESR replacements.
- Repairing energy management systems, HVAC units, split condensing units, and other refrigeration equipment.
- Conducting leak searches and repairs, as well as troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems.
- Proficiency in general maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Mechanical proficiency and technical aptitude.
- Curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
- Reliability and honesty in all interactions.
- Valid driver's license and EPA universal certification.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems.
- Ability to accurately complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
- Capability to work under pressure in high-stress environments.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Company-provided truck (all less than 4 years old or under 120k miles).
