Account Manager Role at Randstad Digital

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive business growth through strategic client engagement, territory planning, and service sales. Our team focuses on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, aiming for mutual success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to position Randstad Digital for expansion opportunities within key segments.
  • Represent Randstad Digital as the brand ambassador for talent acquisition, fostering strong relationships.
  • Utilize your industry knowledge, experience, and thought leadership to envision technology-driven transformations for our customers, driving enhanced customer experience and engagement.
  • Pursue growth by capitalizing on existing strengths in cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering.
  • Collaborate with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.
  • Establish strong connections with clients, external partners, and internal stakeholders to drive growth within assigned accounts.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of expanding services within assigned accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 per year
