AWP Safety is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Traffic Control Flaggers. This entry-level, safety-sensitive position requires a reliable and hardworking individual with a strong sense of responsibility who can maintain safety and have excellent observational skills.

The role involves establishing and maintaining safe work zones, collaborating with team members, managing traffic flow effectively, and delivering exceptional service and protection to clients. Key qualifications include a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50-60 lbs, and willingness to work in various weather conditions.

We offer competitive pay at $16.75 to $17.50/hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and guaranteed pay increase within the first year. Comprehensive training includes ATSSA certification and defensive driving, as well as ongoing professional development.
