Introduction

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist I PRN to join our team. As a member of our procedure team, you will provide technical services and support to diagnostic and interventional cardiology, peripheral vascular, and interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and document cases, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Prepare and maintain equipment, supplies, and sterile technique
  • Assist physicians and circulate cases, providing exceptional patient care
  • Troubleshoot clinical equipment during procedures, ensuring seamless operations
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
  • State of Florida Radiologic Technology Certification or equivalent within 1 year of employment
  • Minimum 1 year of diagnostic, interventional cardiology, or peripheral vascular experience; 1-3 years of Cath Lab experience preferred
  • Vocational School Graduate or Associate Degree required
