Job SummaryAs a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary medical services to eligible employees and dependents. We seek an experienced professional who can promote wellness programs, educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, and provide personalized attention in our health clinic that does not bill insurance, allowing for more time with patients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly. You will be part of a collaborative team environment and enjoy competitive compensation, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as an excellent benefits package and 401(k) plan with company match.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care medical services to employees and dependents
- Develop and implement wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a graduate degree from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in family practice, preventive, or occupational health
- Sound medical knowledge and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of preventive care guidelines and CPT and ICD-10 coding best practices
