About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Mobile Diesel Mechanic to join our team at TCI Leasing and Rental. With a proven track record of delivering expert diesel engine repairs, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

As a seasoned professional with 4 to 6+ years' experience, you will possess OEM software expertise - Detroit, Cummins, etc. - and a Class D chauffeur's license. Your strong leadership skills and self-motivation will enable you to excel in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex diesel engine issues using your advanced technical knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring exceptional quality of work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and promote a positive work culture.
Requirements
  • 4 to 6+ years of experience in diesel engine repair.
  • OEM software experience - Detroit, Cummins, etc.
  • Class D chauffeur's license.
  • Strong leadership skills and self-motivation.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $26 to $36 per hour, based on experience.
  • Safety incentives up to $300 quarterly.
