Job Summary:

PrideStaff - Charlotte is looking for an experienced Specialty Welder to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Specialty Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and STICK welding, as well as operating general machinery safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Operate various types of machinery, including MIG and TIG welders
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Meet production deadlines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have 2-3 years of experience in machine operating, MIG, TIG, and STICK welding.

Benefits:

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $25.00.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
