Ironworker Specialist

BREWTON IRON WORKS LLC is a leading manufacturer of iron and steel products, seeking an experienced Ironworker Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience as a grinder or similar job, with a strong background in metal fabrication and machine operation. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in Brewton, AL.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating cranes and forklifts to move raw materials within the foundry and finished products out of the foundry. You will also inspect castings for shift and other defects, and maintain grinding tools over an extended period of time.

To be successful in this position, you must be able to stand all day and lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED certificate is required, and previous experience working in a foundry environment is highly preferred.
