Emergency Medicine Medical Director Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Lead and manage the Emergency Department team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality improvement within the department
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient flow and coordination of care
  • Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Emergency Medicine physician or leader
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
