Technical Operations Supervisor - Broadband Network Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Supervisor to join our team at Vyve Broadband. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of our broadband transport and distribution networks within a defined geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of broadband transport and distribution networks.
• Lead and direct a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet performance metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, network reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with local franchising authorities, government agencies, and community leaders to maintain favorable relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., telecommunications, engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications operations, with some administrative and/or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of PC applications, including Word, Excel, and associated software.
• Able to work in all types of inclement weather and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
