About the Role

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Toccoa, GA location. As a Physical Therapist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive practice leader and a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough new-patient evaluations and exams to diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Create personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and completion dates
  • Develop and implement effective PT intervention techniques and exercises to track patient progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for continued care and self-management
  • Examine and evaluate new patients to establish a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan
Requirements
  • Accredited PT program graduate with a current state PT license
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Passion for helping patients with orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, or fall-risk issues
  • 1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
