About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter and Wrapper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our meat department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive high-quality meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meat Preparation: Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
  • Quality Control: Maintain product quality standards and ensure that all meat products meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all meat products meet our quality standards.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds to assist members and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with members, associates, and management to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service.
