Job Overview

The Rehabilitation Specialist PRN role involves the assessment and treatment of patients across various age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, who are experiencing developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal challenges. This position primarily focuses on inpatient and swing-bed hospital services.

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will consistently deliver Occupational Therapy services in accordance with established competencies, ethical standards, and organizational policies. You will also demonstrate proficiency in the use of necessary therapeutic equipment while educating patients and their families about treatment plans and self-management strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid CPR and AED certifications.
  • National Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin.

Work Schedule:

  • On-call weekend rotation.
