About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on our physical plant, equipment, and machinery. This role requires a high level of competency in all on-the-job activities that may impact product safety, legality, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to equipment stoppages and mechanical breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and repair or replace worn or defective parts.
  • Operate machine shop equipment to make required parts when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including EEO, Harassment, Safety, and Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management, including but not limited to, fulfilling work schedules, adhering to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules and procedures.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience as a Production Operator or Technician, or formal training or experience in areas such as Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, Welding, Electronics, Electrical repairs, Industrial Equipment installations, alignment, start-up repairs, etc.

Education

An Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent formal training and work experience is preferred. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package.
