Job Title: Estee Lauder Freelance Makeup Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Makeup Artist to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a Freelance Makeup Artist, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading brand in the prestige beauty industry, providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality makeup applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized and inspirational makeup services to customers in-store
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in in-store events and visual merchandising to create an engaging and impactful customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in makeup artistry
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
