Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to Sales Executives by assessing client needs and evaluating coverage options.

  • Coordinate the completion and submission of applications to suitable carriers, ensuring timely follow-up on quotations and policies.
  • Issue binders, certificates, and policies, verifying their accuracy before forwarding to clients.
  • Manage billing processes, determining the appropriate invoicing method.
  • Prepare insurance summaries and proposals as required.
  • Oversee policy renewals in collaboration with Producers, adhering to agency protocols.
  • Review policy audits for accuracy and facilitate necessary corrections.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via mail and phone.
  • Implement agency credit policies in invoicing and payment collection.
  • Identify potential coverage gaps and recommend solutions in partnership with Producers.
  • Assist clients in initiating claims and ensure timely follow-up on claim statuses.

Personal and Professional Development:

  • Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure efficient processing of transactions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to enhance knowledge and performance.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to foster collaboration and achieve agency objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance.
  • Proficient in managing multiple Producers and communicating complex information effectively.
  • Familiarity with insurance rating and underwriting processes.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and insurance management software.
  • Possession of a 220 Property and Casualty Agent License.
