Job Summary

As an integral member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients and team in the IT division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to our clients and team.
  • Implement and improve network solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with our Project Delivery teams to provide hands-on technical support for complex projects, focusing on production and implementation.
  • Install, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Perform routine software maintenance and ensure all systems are up-to-date and running efficiently.
  • Document all technical tasks and procedures, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Provide infrastructure support in all areas, including storage networking, server/desktop OS, Cloud environments, network security, active directory, virtualization, system and network monitoring, and application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant MSP support experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on networking experience (routing and switching) with Sonicwall, Cisco, and Cisco Meraki.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with top-class customer service skills.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and planning skills, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Conscientious, accountable, detail-oriented, thorough, and consistent in all aspects of work.
