As a Physician, your primary role will involve evaluating patients, formulating treatment strategies, and modifying medications as necessary. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Clinical Director, to guarantee that patients receive exceptional care within our network.

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine

  • Must possess a Medicaid number or be eligible for Medicaid

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments
  • Provide training support for nursing staff
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and annual review of medical procedures
  • Contribute to the planning of medical services across designated locations
  • Ensure adequate medical staffing and continuity of care by coordinating with other healthcare providers
