Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical patient care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor patients' conditions, report changes to physicians, and adjust care plans as needed
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
Requirements:
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
